Pregnancy Yoga classes are an hour long in a lovely warm cosy room. Just bring along yourself, your mat and a comfy pillow for our relaxation time.

This is an opportunity to indulge in the magic of pregnancy offering you time to focus solely on you and your growing baby. The aim of the session is to strengthen and tone in preparation for birth and to help you to relax.
