Mama Bean – Pregnancy Yoga and Postnatal Wellness

Pregnancy Yoga classes @ The Elephant Rooms, Draycott. 

An hour long session in a lovely warm cosy room. Just bring along yourself, and a comfy pillow for our relaxation time. Mats are provided but you can bring your own if you prefer.

There is space to sit down and grab a drink before the session if you’d like.

Prenatal Yoga is an opportunity to indulge in the magic of pregnancy offering you time to focus solely on you and your growing baby. The aim of the session is to strengthen and tone in preparation for birth and to help you to relax and connect with your baby. It can also help you to sleep better and provide you with tools to help when birthing your baby.
